Show case of the bug

After upgrading to Windows 7 I lost the ability to open OLE files that I had
previously inserted in a document using Windows XP. The files were inserted
with "Insert > Object > OLE Object > Aditional objects > Package" (the wording
may a little off because I'm actually using the Portuguese interface).

When I open the document in Windows 7 and double-click on the icon of the
inserted object I get a new window called "Create package" asking me to select
a new file.

If I open the same document in Windows XP with the same version of
LibreOffice.org I can open the embedded object.

To correct this I open the document in XP, open the embedded object, and save
it as a separate file. Then I open the document in Windows 7, remove the
embedded object and reinsert it. When the object is inserted in Windows 7 it
can be openned later on without problems.

I'm attaching a document with two objects embedded. If I open it on Windows 7
using LibreOffice.org 3.4.3 I can open the first object which was inserted in
Windows 7 but not the second one, which was inserted in Windows XP.
