You listed many things which are IMHO unrelated. Try to remove VC++ runtimes
instead, I guess you have many versions installed (in WinSxS folder).

I risked it anyway, I moved all folders in WinSxS that were find via "*vc90*"
and I still have the same problem. Do I have to reset anything or so?
