Problem description: When trying to create a customer date/time format, it cannot be added and hence cannot be used. Steps to reproduce: 1. Click on: [Menu] Insert -> Fields -> Other (Ctrl - F2) 2. In Pop-Up Dialog (Fields), click on: Modified, Time, Additional formats..., Insert (button) 3. In Pop-Up Modal Dialog (Number Format), select text field for "Format code". 4. Enter custom data format. (e.g. "-YY.MM.DD") 5. Click on "Edit Comment" button to the right of text field (tacked note icon). 6. Enter user-defined type string. (e.g. "My Funky Date") 7. Click on "Add" button (green check mark button). Current behavior: Doesn't seem to react. Custom format is not added to list. Expected behavior: Custom date/time format is added to "Format" list box and can be selectable.
