I like these patches, now manage dialog shows CF they are defined in the first
cell of the block on which the apply. That's fine from end-user point of view.

Testing vs. master much appreciated; clearly work is ongoing here for 3.7 - if
there are no violent complaints - this could be considered for 3.6. Testing

Yeap, this expected. A1 up 3 rows is outside of the valid region. It is even
worse if you have this inside a conditional format.
