Summary: EDITING: Copy & paste a bullet list from Impress into
writer destroys format of writer file
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: bugquestcon...@online.de
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 3.6.4.3 release
         Component: Writer
           Product: LibreOffice

Created attachment 71968
  --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=71968&action=edit
zip file containing: 2 writer files; one before pasting the impress bulleted
list, the other thereafter. and 1 Impress file used in test described above
under steps to reproduce.

Problem description:
Upon pasting the clipboard content (bulleted list from Impress) and pasted it
into Writer, the clipboard content was not visible but the formatting of the
entire Writer file was destroyed

ctrl+z, and ctrl;M did not bring back the original formatting in Writer. The
file basically was destroyed and I need to go back to the last saved copy and a
lot of work was gone. Wuite a large drawback in respect to productivity.

Steps to reproduce:

1 – Open Writer and type a few words in a new file
2 – Open Impress and create a bullet list
3 – Place cursor inside the content window and select bullet list and ctrl+C
4 – Switch to Writer and paste with ctrl+v

Current behavior:
copy & paste a bullet list from Impress into Writer destroys the Writer format
irreparable and the pasted content is not visible

Expected behavior:
copy & paste a bullet list from Impress into Writer should be displayed in
Writer as a bullet list matching the bullets's format of Impress or the Default
format of Writer. In minimum it should be pasted via ctrl+v as unformatted text

Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 3.6.4.3 release
