The simple document contain two times the SAME formula: the first is simply
copied, the second one has been open for editing (but not changed...).opened...

Problem description: 
Element alignment inside matrices with 'alignr' is now foolish...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an old formula with alignr and matrix
2. Elements insid matrix change position!

Current behavior:
Elements alignment is no more respected
Expected behavior:
Elements alignment must work as before...

Version: 4.0.1.2 release
Last worked in: 4.0.0.3 release
