Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Strees the GPU out with an BitCoin minin app etc
2. Rezise the screen
3. And wait to tool bar get redrawn 1-7s
Current behavior:
It is one problem that toolbar gets redrawn very slowly in this situation while
rest of the compouter manages to run pretty well.
But now that the tool bar refresh takes ages (more that 1s sometimes), but it
might (what I just tested) happen 1-5 times. And each takes at least 1s, it is
pretty long time on modern computers and what we are used to.
Would be smart to get rid of extra refresh cycles anyways... because while it
happens the App is frozen. and if some other glitch appears at the exact tile,
nothing can be done...
Expected behavior:
I would like to see the it work faster if GPU is stressed out. Just get red of
the extra refreshes would be 1-4 times better already...
