Problem description: There are no menu choices in the global menu bar in Ubuntu
12.04 (64bit)
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Open Libreoffice Writer (Calc, ect.)
2. ....Click on File in the global menu bar
3. ....
Current behavior: A blank menu appears, with karots for sub-menus.
Expected behavior:The full list of menu commands should appear.
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.0.3.3 release
Last worked in: 4.0.2.2 release
