Replayed the test some days later : I now can check the "whole word only"... I
certainly miss something, but what ?

Not reproductible with LibO 4.0.5.2 on Win7. However I suspect that the file
dealed with the notion of "whole word" :
- Searching (Ctrl-F) "l'ami" founds "l'ami" or "l'amicale" but not "ami" or
"amicale" ;
