I kept playing with the bug and found something strange. It may be produced
with LO 4.0.4.2 too; the bug seems to be produced by dragging the chart from
the place it is initially

My final conclusion under LO 4.0.4.2 Calc the bug is very very uncommon, under
LO 4.1.0.4 it is a pain in the neck, the do not move before saving procedure
