I also suggest to try reducing the test document to the minimum version that
can reproduce the big on your system.
I mean try to reduce it to a single page and rid of as many element as

I tested this problem on WinXP (32 bit).
There is no difference between 3.4.6 and 4.1.0. (just like tommy27 said).
I guess this problem happens only under Linux (I test it under Debian, jessie ,
32bit).
