Any reason not to allow 1/16 of an inch? Physical rulers are typically
subdivided into 16ths e.g.

Well, this would require additional changes in ruler as tick divider would need
to be 62,5 (125/2) which is not an integer and there is no MAP_1TH_INCH. I
