Problem description: does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. nl-nl.dic is available
2. all 3 options in language are set to NL
3. replacing nl-nl.dic for one from 2008 does not solve te problem
Current behavior: spellchecker does not work
Expected behavior: spellchecker should work.
English spellchecker does not work either.
Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.1.1.2 rc
