          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 71490
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
           Summary: FILEOPEN: Version Incompatibility with
                    password-protected xlsx file
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: cawest...@bellsouth.net
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.1.2.3 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description:

I received from a colleague a password-protected Excel (xlsx) file and it will
not open. I cannot even get to the dialog box which would request a password.
Instead, I get a popup message saying "Version Incompatibility. Incorrect File
Version."

Steps to reproduce:
1. Double-click password-protected xlsx file to open.
2. Receive error message.

Current behavior:
File will not open; error message "Version Incompatibility. Incorrect File
Version." received.

Expected behavior:

A dialog box should appear with an text entry field and message saying "Enter
password"

Due to confidentiality, I am unable to attach the files affected (some of my
old files - such as from May of 2013 - will not open now either; perhaps this
previously worked in Libreoffice 3.x?).
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.2.3 release
