Ctrl+Shift+F9 seems to work as a work-around to force a recalc after the
initial failure.
In general, the bug seems to be a failure to flag cells as dirty when filled-in
by at least some

Also editing a pasted-in cell will trigger a recalc of cells referencing it, if
any editing is done, just like editing the function as described in the
original description.

Selecting the entire pasted-in range, then copying repasting it (Ctrl+C,
Ctrl+V) does result in a recalculation.
