Problem description: When open a xlsx/xls file with dotted/dashed cell borders created by MSO, the borders are showing as normal line, rather than dotted/dashed line. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new xlsx or xls file with MSO 2010, apply some dashed/dotted borders. (you can also use my attached test file) 2. Open the above file in LibreOffice. Current behaviour: Cell borders are showing as normal line. Expected behaviour: Cell borders are showing as dotted/dashed (which is the same is in MSO 2010).
