LO 6.2master - bug still happens in Total cell. It doesn't work in EN language
settings, but works in CZ language settings (comma as decimal separator, ; as
separator in functions)

So I guess maybe libreoffice is using ";" as separator when applying "Data -
Statistics - Analysis of Variance", even if the separator for calc is
configured as ",", thus results error
