The tooltips of:
a) "Quotation Marks"
b) "Multiplication sign"
c) "Thousand separation of large number"
show an open/close square blacket instead of an arrow.
Steps:
1) Start LibreOffice
2) Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> English sentence checking
3) Put the mouse over the checklist "Quotation Marks", "Multiplication sign",
"Thousand separation of large number"
Current behaviour:
* The tooltips have square bracket instead of arrows
Expected behaviour:
* The tooltips have the arrows.
