Presently its easy to add a bullet or numbering list through the toolbar, but
its not possible to change the type of bullet or numbering through the toolbar,
so users are left to open 'bullet and numbering' dialog or use the sidebar. I'd
like to suggest that we add a entry in the list section of the context menu,
which opens up a submenu with a list of the popular bullet and numbering list
types.
