Check for updates in 4.4.0.3 sends me to
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/?type=win-x86&lang=en-US&version=4.4.2
The download button is missing the version number and forwards me to the home
page (http://www.libreoffice.org/)
Is a check of the version argument missing?
BTW, not sure what the right component for this bug is.
