In 5.0.5 the problem is gone. I'm using 5.1.1.1 at the moment, since a previous
version of 5.1 kept crashing (a known problem).

Just did an install of LibreOffice_6.1.1_Win_x64.msi and have the exact same
problem. System went to uninstall the old version 6.0 and left behind a
directory ../LibreOffice/program then the install failed
