It indeed works (fails to work) as explained in comment 0; but
Tools->Update->Update All fixes it, so it is a matter of dynamic updates for
the condition.

The section is hidden immediately when using "page = 2". However, it is always
hidden, even if the total number of pages is 1, 3, 4, ... So "page = 2" is
probably an assignment and not a comparison.
