You need to adjust your security settings. System Preferences > Security >
General and there enable Mac App Stpre and verified devs.
Then when first starting LO, right-click > open.

Now, after many installations LibreOffice works now!
After copying the app into Programs it is necessary to press ALT until the app
is running.
Than the app can be started without to press ALT.

Now I started the LibreOffice.dmg directly after unpacking. LibreOffice starts
without any mistakes.
After copying to Programs start fails with damaged Libreoffice.app move to the
