Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Insert https://dev.w3.org/SVG/tools/svgweb/samples/svg-files/helloworld.svg
3) Notice that it has a white background, while in browsers it has a brown
background.
The SVG code has the background color in the style attribute of the <svg> tag.
