Confirmed changes to 1 (see
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_activity.cgi?id=52558). Surely this is
not intended behavior?

there have been created the libreoffice-3.6.0.4 tag (aka rc4). The
corresponding official builds will be available within next few days.
It will be used as final if no blocker is found.
We did this extra release candidate because of blockers:
