for the upcoming new version 5.3.0, the builds for rc3 are now
available on pre-releases.
It is release configuration, meaning it will update an existing
version of LibreOffice on Windows (linux and Mac users can install
alongside 5.2.x, but not run simultaneously)

folder /pre-releases/win/x86/
The same version was uoploaded to folder /pre-releases/win/x86_64/ (but
this expected :) )

(once XP is no longer supported there is probably no reason
