after restart the computer looks a bit better, more appreciable the issue
for me with 64 bits version.

Sorry, no noticeable delay when opening LibreOffice and setting the Ex
Please could someone test, with:
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/General - Help - Extended tips ->enable
LibreOfffice becomes really slow for a while in Menu/Tools/Options or e.g.
calling Function wizard in Calc and selecting functions.
Looks as if takes a lot of time load the tips for first time
