Anyway, as of now I really can't produce even initial specs although what I
am thinking is a max cpu speed of 1.4GHz adjustable down to 600MHz (I
believe the P-M can do that not sure

Running a Pentium-M at 600 is no problem. I looked more closely at the
specs on it and it'll run at 200MHz all the way to the max of the cpu that
