I found the Xircom REX 5000 a great tool for keeping in sync several
machines and even between applications. I use Lotus Notes and Organizer at
work, Organizer on my Librett

You could use the Windows Briefcase to sync the Outlook *.pst file between
your Libretto and desktop, but it could be kinda clunky if you have a lot of
info you're syncing

I had a similar problem when moving from my Visor (PalmOS) to my PocketPC
(WinCE). I used TrueSync from Starfish (starfish.com) via Excite to get my
data from my old Vis
