Does the Teac use a 16bit PCMCIA or a 32 bit Cardbus?
The Libby only supports 16bit PCMCIA cards.

No the card wont work,as it is 32-bit, and as the website you looked said,
the 70ct cardbus is 16-bit. Try looking on ebay for a 16bit card.
