Hi Alex, I look after the package currency for LibeELEC, and ran though testing the latest libtool 2.4.7 release in LibreELEC.
a couple issues: The tar.gz file has ltmain.sh as readonly. I fixed this in our build with the workaround: chmod u+w ${PKG_BUILD}/build-aux/ltmain.sh (after unpack and before patch) The autotools build fails - more details below. Though I was able to test the full build by editing aclocal.m4 and changing automake from 1.16.3 to 1.16.5 (we use automake 1.16.5). The build was sucessful. Using our current 2.4.6 package.mk file results in the build log as below.
