I just completed am make ~ install from source for a Vista 32 bit
machine.Uneventful and appears to be working.
Now my Linux & Windows machines are both synced to version 14.I
guess 13 really is an unlucky number :-D

I think what happened is that I started copying the binaries before the
MinGW64 buil

I asked Freddie to use 1.0.13 binary instead. But we need to fix this.
