That's the page which mentions it is outdated and refers to libusbx.
Or are there some other drivers available that are signed - especially
for 64 bit Windows?

Until now when using "old" libusb on Windows some WinUSB drivers have
been mandatory (that's what I'm looking for at libusb-winusb-wip). But
I can't find something like that for libusbx.
