Now everything works perfectly!
I only need to add
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/
to ~/.profile in order to load the new libraries!

stale, I will delete this branch.
libva master (or an official release) + intel-driver g45-h246 should
work for you.
