[libvirt] virnetsockettest test binary failed while building libvirt

Hi, While building the libvirt version 1.2.18 on CentOS7 and also Fedora 22 with the latest updates I have got an error. I also tried to build version 1.2.17 and had the same result. Please, help to resolve this problem Regurds, Dmitriy== libvirt
