The tree is now tagged (v1.0.0-rc2) and the tarball (and rpms) are available at the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ It seems to work correctly with my limited testing, but please give it a try, and let's fix any remaining reported issue before the end of the week. I will do an rc3
