[libvirt] Entering freeze for libvirt-1.3.3

As suggested yesterday, I tagged RC1 in git and pushed signed tarball and rpms to the usual place: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ Seems to work for me, but please give it some testing ! I expect to have an rc2 on Friday, and do the final release on the week-end or on Monday if everything loks
