Hi! I've been wondering for a while now, why there isn't a central abstracted ICQ communication library for the various ICQ clients? There is a library at http://sourceforge.net/projects/libicq2000 ! I'm also wondering, why the poeple from ickle, licq, GnomeICU, etc. don't cooperate.
