Do you have anyone available in the near future to tidy up NR 3? Refs,
index entries, snippets, policy, etc all need detailed attention. I think
the base information is fairly solid, but I've left a couple of hidden TODO

The file name is Welcome_to_lilypond.ly and the user is asked to save

If you choose Save from the File menu, where is the file now? Not in

Here's a patch to make short-indent work properly.
I haven't done a new regression test for this since
instrument-name-x-align.ly already tests this property; attached is a
make-check comparision for this file.
