lilypond -dpreview input/regression/toc.ly
Appended. Anybody else who sees this problem? Or is it only my system
or hardware which is broken? It basically means that "make doc" is dead
for me right now. Not good.

I am new to Lilypond and one frustration was to find out how to write the
final double bar. Some simple examples should include this early in the
introductory tutorials. I searched the web to find \bar "|." but I did
not see it in the manuals.
