I think there is a problem again, the new implementation of
LILYPONDPREFIX in 2.9 series doesn't seem to correct
the problem.

I think there is a problem somewhere to find the files but I don't see where is
it. I tried to change value of LILYPONDPREFFIX in
make/lilypond-vars.make but error stay the same.
