I've finally got around to upgrading to VirtualBox 4.0.4
and ubuntu 10.04. Previously I had insufficient free
hard disk space to upgrade. All went smoothly except that
guile config could not be found, so config failed, and
consequently make had no targets.
Installing guile-1.8-dev manually fixed it.
(Just in case anyone else trips over this)
