The best graphical music editor for MS Windows, though still in a beta
stage, is probably Canorus, that exports native LilyPond code as well:

... I have done a quick unsuccessful search for GUIs for MS Windows. If you
could point me to one, I'd be interested to look at it. Though I am a very
happy user of Lilypond via Jedit and LilypondTool.

I have had Lilypond installed for over a year and have yet to use it and
,unfortunately, will never use it until a decent gui is available. As a musician
for 40+ years and some programming background, I don't have time to learn
another language. I'll check now and then to see if anyone is really in
