Could it be that your PATH got messed up? locate kpsexpand should find where kpsexpand is. echo $PATH should give you the path(s) to executable directories. See if it includes the path to the directory in which kpsexpand sits. Furthermore, running '/sw/bin/lilypond -P myFile.ly' now gives
