I still have not found a combination that produces più f ; that is, piu (with accent grave) in italics, followed by a space, followed by the dynamic mark for forte. Why doesn't \markup { più } work (saved as an UTF-8 encoded file)? IIRC, the 2.10 series already use Unicode internally.

Hi all, I'm trying to create a measure in a PianoStaff with repeat bars on either side and a thick line extending from the barline to the right of the measure. I'm trying to create the thick line with a third staff and then use StartStaff and StopStaff to alternate between staff and thick line.
