No, in my minimal example i can not put whole measure rest
inside cadenza even in Score.timing switched on
(and manual barlines commented out).

Music is already typed with removed Time_siginature_engraver and
Score.timing switched off. A dozen of pieces already typed.
I guess I can set timing on and... :-)
