Hi,
This seemed to have started several development versions ago but I haven't
verified it. I have been too busy generating pages and pages of parts and
scores with this fantastic program to not have reported it when I first
discovered it!!
I didn't find it in bug reports. Did I miss somethin

I think the rule is thus. Clefs shall have no effect on accidentals
and therefore notes after the clef change are altered by courtesy
accidentals for ease of legibility or where the note occurs in a
different octave which requires, in strict notation, its own
accidental. On the reasoning that they,

I have a score which with default settings fits very loosely on three
pages. By adding page-count = 2 to the paper block it fits without any
problem on two pages but the log then contains "programming error:
number of pages is out of bounds".
With 2.13.45, this minimal example reproduces the e

Thank you Eluze, for pointing out the difference of syntax per versions. I
have
been using a hard copy of version 2.6.6 since I started to use lilypond three
months ago. I did not realize the syntax changed so much.

I use version "2.13.45". I made the correction and re-compiled again and I did
not see any difference.

Hi,
Coloring individual staff lines
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=700
Making some staff lines thicker than the others
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=277
Could you confirm which version you're using, please? Your file says 2.12.44,
which doesn't exist.

I try to format the page layout. It seems that it doesn't work.
1. Is it the right way of doing this? I change the (headsep,
beforetitlespace,
aftertitlespace,
between-system-space) to different number and after compile, it looks the same.

there is a nice little snippet to add text to a hairpin:
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=233
http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=233 .
now it would be nice to move the text a little bit upwards to fit right into
the hairpin and to whiteout the hairpin for the length of the text.

Hello all,
This is another perplexing thing. I am trying to figure out how to
shift the ottava indications directly over their corresponding chords.

Here you include a file called hexachorde.png. Where is it located? In the
same directory as the tex-file? In that case, you would have include it as
\includegraphic
Der Drnytro,
I've tried it with the following minimal example.

Dear community,
I have a problem with including a png-file in a latex document, which also
has lilypond-examples, that I process with lilypond-book.
I think, it could have to do with the graphics-package of latex.
The fact is, when I don't use figure environment, that document will be
compiled with
