As a personal exercise I am attempting to reproduce a printed score from an
ex-teacher. I have encountered a few difficulties for which I would appreciate
suggestions.
Notes have an explicit accidental even for natural (similar to the dodecaphonic
accidentals style), but only for their first u
Clearly I sent this question out too soon, because I got yet another issue: how
best to do a pair of triplets, that share one note between them (the last note
of one triplet is the first note of the next)? Use an s in the beginning of the
second triplet and move it over to the left? Make a post

I need to print an arpeggio symbol as seen in chords...just the symbol. I
created the following snippet in 2.14.2, but keep getting "vertical aligment
called before line breaking" error when I try to remove the Staff symbol
engraver.
\version "2.14.2"
\score

hi
did you mean something like
c2 -\parenthesize -. -\tenuto
imo it does not look perdect, but maybe you can tweak the tenuto to keep
more distance:
c -\parenthesize -. -\tweak #'padding #5 -\tenuto

How could I achieve this?
