I went back and re-installed 2.18.2 and 2.20.0 into separate folders and
edited the Lilypond preferences in Frescobaldi.
You are no doubt right about the LibreOffice OOo-lilypond 0.4. I've still
been using that for music in text documents.
Now the 2.18.2 version runs
