It works perfectly on the test file.
On the real score it prints just the tempo marks in the first system,
I don't understand why...
Anyway, I will write the second tempo as a markup.

compile any file, but I had only the Frescobaldi preview.

Typesetting mensural music I often find double time signatures with a
single digit like C 3, O 3, and so on.
